Updating a Service

To update an existing service:

  • Locate the service card in the dashboard.

  • Click on the Edit button (pencil icon).

  • Modify the required fields (name, description, price, or unit of measure).

  • Save changes — the system automatically records the update timestamp.

Sometimes a service may not be needed but should remain in records. Instead of deleting, you can toggle its availability:

  • Deactivate – Makes the service unavailable for transactions but keeps it in the system.

  • Activate – Reactivates a previously deactivated service.

The button displayed on the card footer depends on the current state of the service.
