The Company module allows you to define and manage your organization’s information. This module is essential because the system relies on company details for quotations, invoices, and reports.

• The system allows only one company to exist at a time.

• When you first click the Company menu, if no company exists, you will be prompted to create one.

• Once created, the company details can be viewed and updated at any time.

• This ensures that all quotations, invoices, and reports are associated with the correct company.
