Creating a Service

Users with the appropriate permission (write_service) can create new services:

• Click on the “New Service” button located in the top-right corner of the page.

• Fill in the required fields:

  • Name – A unique name for the service.

  • Description – A short description of what the service entails (optional).

  • Unit of Measure – Select from options like meter, kilogram, liter, set, hour, day, month, or other.

  • Unit Price – The cost per unit of measure, shown in the system’s default currency.

  • Status – Services are active by default when created.

• Save the service. It will now appear in the service list.
