Managing a Customer Record

  • Find the customer card in the dashboard.

  • Click on the Edit button.

  • Update the details as needed (name, contact, notes, etc.).

  • Save to apply changes.

Activating or Deactivating a Customer

  • Deactivate – Temporarily disables a customer without deleting them.

  • Activate – Re-enables a previously deactivated customer.

This allows flexibility in handling inactive or archived clients.

Deleting a Customer

If a customer is no longer needed:

  1. Click the Delete button on the customer card.

  2. A confirmation popup will appear: “Are you sure you want to delete this customer? This action cannot be undone.”

  3. Confirm deletion to remove the record permanently.
