Creating a New Customer

Users with the proper permissions can create new customers by:

  1. Clicking on the “New Customer” button at the top-right of the dashboard.

  2. Filling out the Customer Form:

    • Is Company – Select if this is a business or an individual.

    • Name – Customer full name or company name.

    • Phone – Contact number (required).

    • Email – Optional email address.

    • Address – Customer’s location.

    • Notes – Additional comments or descriptions.

    • Status – Customers are active by default.

⚠️ Important: When creating a customer, you do not assign any bank accounts at this stage. Banks are managed later in the Customer Details page.
