Creating a New Customer
Users with the proper permissions can create new customers by:
Clicking on the “New Customer” button at the top-right of the dashboard.
Filling out the Customer Form:
Is Company – Select if this is a business or an individual.
Name – Customer full name or company name.
Phone – Contact number (required).
Email – Optional email address.
Address – Customer’s location.
Notes – Additional comments or descriptions.
Status – Customers are active by default.
⚠️ Important: When creating a customer, you do not assign any bank accounts at this stage. Banks are managed later in the Customer Details page.
