Managing Employee Details

Employee Card Actions

  • View Basic Details – Each card shows primary information (name, code, gender, and status).

  • Expand More Details – Click the downward arrow icon to reveal:

    • Nationality, marital status, position, branch, employment type

    • Date hired, termination date, active/deleted/available flags

    • Contact information (phone, email, address)

    • Photo preview or “No Photo” placeholder

    • Link to View CV if uploaded

    • Notes, created date, and updated date.

  • Edit Employee – Click the Edit button to update information.

  • Delete Employee – Click the Delete button. Confirm the deletion in the pop-up modal (this action cannot be undone).

  • Activate/Deactivate Employee – Use the toggle buttons to change an employee’s active status.
