Positions

Positions represent specific job roles within a department (e.g., HR Manager under Human Resources).

📋 Position List

  • Cards show:

    • Title and Department it belongs to.

    • Description.

    • Status badge, Created, and Updated dates.

➕ Creating a Position

  1. Click New Position.

  2. Fill in:

    • Title – Job title.

    • Department – Select an active department.

    • Description – (Optional) Role details.

  3. Click Save.

✏ Editing a Position

  • Click Edit on the card.

  • Update information and save.

🔄 Activating/Deactivating

  • Use Activate or Deactivate buttons on the card footer.

🗑 Deleting a Position

  • Click Delete, then confirm in the modal popup.
